Terms of use
Last updated: September 24, 2026
OBJECTIFY (hereinafter "OBJECTIFY") publishes and manages the OBJECTIFY marketplace https://objectify.io (hereinafter "the Platform"). The Platform offers the following services to its users (hereinafter "Users"):
- Obtaining titles of ownership in the form of NFTs (hereinafter the "OBJECTIFY Ownership Title") linked to a physical product or a service sold by a third-party seller;
- Managing OBJECTIFY Titles of Ownership within Users' personal accounts;
- Reselling or exchanging OBJECTIFY Titles of Ownership between Users.
OBJECTIFY is not involved in the initial sale of the product or service, which falls exclusively under the responsibility of the Sellers. The relationship between OBJECTIFY and Sellers is governed by the specific general terms and conditions for Sellers ("Seller Terms").
Each User must read and accept these Terms of Use (hereinafter "ToU") and review the Privacy Policy at https://objectify.io/privacy. These documents can be consulted at any time at the bottom of the Platform's pages.
By using the Platform, the User agrees to strictly comply with the ToU directly applicable to them.
For any information or question regarding the ToU, the User may contact OBJECTIFY at the following email address: contact@objectify.io
PURPOSE
The ToU define and govern the conditions of use of the Platform and determine the respective rights and obligations of Users, professional users (hereinafter "Pro Users"), and OBJECTIFY. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all provisions herein apply indiscriminately to all Users, whether professional or non-professional. Clauses specifically applicable to Pro Users are identified as such.
The User is informed that OBJECTIFY acts solely as an online platform provider within the meaning of Article 3(i) of the Digital Services Act, and therefore as a mere technical intermediary between Users.
OBJECTIFY may update these ToU; you are therefore invited to review them regularly.

CONDITIONS OF ACCESS
Conditions Related to the User
The User may choose to browse the Platform without creating an Account. However, creating an Account is necessary to access OBJECTIFY's features.
The User must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration on the Platform. OBJECTIFY reserves the right to ask the User for any information necessary to verify their age in case of doubt.
The User acknowledges having the necessary skills and technical means to use the features offered on the Platform, including blockchain interactions.
Creation of a Personal Account
In order to access the Platform's services (described in "Features and Offered Content"), Non-Pro Users must create a Personal Account.
The retrieval by the User of an OBJECTIFY Ownership Title issued for the Seller's Account is subject to the prior creation of a Personal Account.
Each User may only create a single Personal Account per email address.
The User agrees to provide up-to-date, accurate, and complete information upon registration. The User agrees to correct any inaccurate data as necessary.
Creation of a Professional Account
Provided they are duly incorporated in France, Pro Users must create a Professional Account to use the Platform's services.
To create a Professional Account, Pro Users must provide OBJECTIFY with the information requested on the Platform. Pro Users must ensure the accuracy of the provided data. OBJECTIFY may request supporting documentation.
If a Pro User already has a Personal Account at the time of registration, they may convert it into a Professional Account by registering as a Pro User. If they wish to maintain a Personal Account, the Pro User must create a Professional Account using a different email address from the one associated with their Personal Account.
Crypto Wallet
When a User creates an account on OBJECTIFY, a compatible crypto wallet is automatically generated. OBJECTIFY is not responsible for the maintenance and operation of the crypto wallet. OBJECTIFY has no means of modifying the contents of the User's crypto wallet and can only access the information contained therein.
The crypto wallet created on OBJECTIFY can only be used through the Platform. OBJECTIFY Titles of Ownership cannot be transferred to a crypto wallet outside the Platform.
Account Deletion
The User may proceed with the deletion of their Account:
- By deleting the Account directly from their profile settings page;
- By contacting the support team at contact@objectify.io.
In this case, all data relating to the Account will be deleted, except for items required by law to be retained.
WARNING: The User is informed that deleting their Account makes any "burn" operation of their OBJECTIFY Titles of Ownership permanently impossible.
Prior to permanent deletion, the Platform will notify the User of the number of OBJECTIFY Titles of Ownership remaining in their Account and inform them that they have a period of thirty (30) days to burn them.
At the end of this period, or upon early confirmation by the User, the deletion becomes irrevocable.
FEATURES AND CONTENT
OBJECTIFY provides features to Users who have created an Account on an "as-is" basis, which may be subject to future updates. Provision of the Platform and its features is carried out under an obligation of means. The User uses the Platform according to their needs and under their sole responsibility.
Obtaining and Managing OBJECTIFY Titles of Ownership
The issuance of the OBJECTIFY Ownership Title relies on the information provided by the Seller via an annexed document entitled "OBJECTIFY Ownership Title Issuance Instructions" (hereinafter the "Issuance Instructions"). The Issuance Instructions and the Tokenization Conditions are attached to the OBJECTIFY Ownership Title, and the User must review them before making a purchase.
The Seller certifies that the issued OBJECTIFY Ownership Title accurately corresponds to the Product marketed.
The User can view all of their OBJECTIFY Titles of Ownership.
Resale or Exchange of OBJECTIFY Titles of Ownership
The Platform allows Users to resell or exchange OBJECTIFY Titles of Ownership with other Users.
A User wishing to resell an OBJECTIFY Ownership Title freely determines the terms of resale, including price, subject to technical capabilities offered by the Platform. The characteristics of the OBJECTIFY Ownership Title, as well as those of the Product, are determined exclusively by the Seller at the time of creation of the OBJECTIFY Ownership Title and cannot under any circumstances be modified by the User.
Publishing a resale listing follows the procedure defined by the Platform. Listings and their conditions are displayed on the Platform and accessible to other Users. The User retains the ability to delete their listing until the OBJECTIFY Ownership Title is sold.
Transactions are concluded directly between the Seller User and the Buyer User. All transactions between Users are final and cannot be cancelled.
If a Buyer User proposes a new price for an OBJECTIFY Ownership Title as a counter-offer and the Seller User accepts it, the OBJECTIFY Ownership Title is not considered sold. The Buyer User still retains the option not to purchase the listed OBJECTIFY Ownership Title, even after acceptance of the counter-offer. The OBJECTIFY Ownership Title is considered sold only after the Buyer User's payment has been accepted.
Delivery of the Product Attached to the OBJECTIFY Ownership Title
When the User wishes to claim the Product, they may proceed with the "burn" of their OBJECTIFY Ownership Title, meaning its permanent and irreversible destruction. Burning is the sole mechanism to trigger delivery of the Product by the Seller.
Depending on the terms defined by the Seller during creation of the OBJECTIFY Ownership Title, the User may:
- Burn with promotional code: the User burns the token and receives a unique code to use on the Seller's e-commerce site to obtain the Product.
- Burn with Shopify payment link: the User burns the token and receives a unique Shopify payment link allowing them to finalize the order and pay shipping fees directly on the Seller's Shopify store.
The User follows the instructions displayed on the Seller's site to complete their order.
The Seller is then required to organize delivery of the corresponding Product under the terms they have specified.
Any burn is final and irreversible. No cancellation or refund of the OBJECTIFY Ownership Title may be requested after this operation.
Transparency and Ranking
The criteria for indexing resale listings are specified in the appendix "Indexing, Delisting, Ranking".
Payment
The initial payment for the OBJECTIFY Ownership Title affiliated with the Product takes place on the Seller's website.
Payment for an OBJECTIFY Ownership Title resold by a User on the Platform is processed via the payment service provider's secure platform.
The Buyer User must pay service fees charged by OBJECTIFY. These fees are added to the price of the OBJECTIFY Ownership Title set by the Seller User.
At the order payment stage, the Buyer User will be automatically redirected to the secure platform of the payment service provider, whose general terms they accept. The Buyer User is debited for the order amount upon payment validation on the OBJECTIFY Platform. The OBJECTIFY Ownership Title is then transferred to the Buyer User's crypto wallet.
AVAILABILITY
The User may use the Service 24/7, including Sundays and public holidays, excluding maintenance periods decided by OBJECTIFY. OBJECTIFY will endeavor to ensure Service availability of 90% each calendar month, excluding force majeure events or planned maintenance. OBJECTIFY commits to restoring access to the Service within an average period of 48 hours in the event of an interruption, except in cases of force majeure.
For Pro Users, OBJECTIFY does not guarantee permanent and continuous availability of the Platform, and shall not be held liable on this basis.
USE OF THE PLATFORM
The User must not use the Platform if they are legally prohibited from receiving or purchasing NFTs or using the Platform's features under the laws of the country in which they reside or from which they access or use the Platform.
Prohibited Use
The User must not use their Account in an unlawful manner or as prohibited by the ToU. The User is prohibited from:
- Impersonating any other person or entity in a manner that misleads, intends to mislead, confuses, or deceives others;
- Fraudulently accessing or maintaining presence on the Platform, disrupting or altering its operation, including by introducing viruses or any other program likely to cause damage and/or compromise Platform data;
- Using the Platform for any illegal, unlawful, malicious, or discriminatory purpose;
- Collecting information relating to other Users, or harming other Users, directly or indirectly;
- Bypassing or attempting to bypass transaction fees, technical limitations, or smart contract mechanisms implemented by OBJECTIFY;
- Conducting transactions for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other financial offense;
- Using any external software tool (including, but not limited to, bots, scraping tools, crawling tools, web spiders) during registration on the Platform and/or when using the Platform and/or Services (including, but not limited to, for promoting NFTs), unless such use is authorized, offered, or otherwise permitted by OBJECTIFY.
In the event of non-compliance with these provisions, OBJECTIFY reserves the right to remove the offending listing or to suspend or delete the Account in question.
In the event of abnormal or unlawful use of the Platform, the User shall be solely liable for damages caused to third parties and for any claims or legal actions resulting therefrom.
User Liability
Any action performed from the User's Account shall be deemed carried out by the User and may engage their liability.
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their access codes and other credentials to their Account.
The User also remains solely responsible for complying with all tax, accounting, and reporting obligations arising from transactions carried out via the Platform, particularly regarding VAT, corporate tax, or income tax.
The User shall be liable for losses, damages, and costs incurred by OBJECTIFY or a third party caused by the use of their Account by themselves or by a third party possessing their login details and password. The User agrees to immediately notify OBJECTIFY of any unauthorized use of their credentials, passwords, or accounts by contacting support at contact@objectify.io.
Pro User Liability
In addition to the prohibited uses applicable to all Users, Pro Users agree to:
- Register on the Platform only once and not create more than one Account, except in the following cases: (i) the Pro User wishes to hold both a Personal Account and a Professional Account. In this case, the Pro User cannot register using the same email address and these accounts must be clearly separate—i.e., the Personal Account cannot be used for professional purposes and vice versa;
- Provide truthful and comprehensive information about themselves upon registration on the Platform, including legal information, company name, address, registration number, bank details, telephone number, and email address;
- Register their organization or professional activity with competent French authorities, notably with the French Trade and Companies Register (RCS) and, where applicable, with mandatory professional registers in France given their activity, and more generally fulfill all legal obligations and registrations required to conduct professional activity;
- Promptly update information appearing on the Platform regarding their company or association registration (including, but not limited to, VAT number) and any other legal information changed after registration on the Platform;
- Ensure that the total price offered for the sale of OBJECTIFY Titles of Ownership is accurate and includes VAT if the Pro User is subject to this tax;
The Pro User is solely responsible for issuing invoices for the OBJECTIFY Titles of Ownership offered for sale on the Platform.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The price of the OBJECTIFY Ownership Title depends on fluctuations in financial markets beyond the control of OBJECTIFY and the Pro Seller User, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code. Therefore, the User does not benefit from a right of withdrawal for titles of ownership purchased and traded on the OBJECTIFY Platform.
Pro Users never benefit from a right of withdrawal.
Nevertheless, a 14-day right of withdrawal from payment by the User is available provided that (1) the Product does not fall within the main activity scope of the User and (2) the number of employees employed is less than or equal to five, or (3) the User is a Non-Pro User and the Product does not depend on financial market fluctuations. In this case, to exercise a right of withdrawal, the User must send OBJECTIFY within the aforementioned 14-day period the following cancellation form, dated and signed (Article L. 221-5 of the French Consumer Code):
For the attention of OBJECTIFY - 1 Le Saussey 61100 LA LANDE-SAINT-SIMEON, France.

Sums received will be refunded to the User within 14 days following this notification. By exception, and in accordance with the French Consumer Code, the User may not claim a right of withdrawal if they have expressly agreed to waive it on the Platform.

APPENDIX – INDEXING, DELISTING, RANKING
Seller Indexing
Sellers selected for indexing on the OBJECTIFY Platform are businesses registered to sell goods or services and who have created a Seller Account on the OBJECTIFY Platform. Commercial relations with Sellers are governed by the Seller Terms, which specify the commitments required of Sellers to be listed on the OBJECTIFY Platform. In accordance with the Seller Terms, OBJECTIFY reserves the right to accept or refuse the creation of a Seller account without requiring justification.
Indexing of OBJECTIFY Titles of Ownership
The OBJECTIFY Platform allows Users to view collections of OBJECTIFY Titles of Ownership issued by indexed Sellers, as well as access OBJECTIFY Titles of Ownership offered for resale on the secondary market.
Primary sales of OBJECTIFY Titles of Ownership (initial listing) take place exclusively on the Sellers' e-commerce websites. The Platform may display a link redirecting to the Seller's initial sales page.
Delisting
Sellers are delisted from the OBJECTIFY Platform if they or OBJECTIFY terminate the contract. OBJECTIFY reserves the right to delist a Seller if they fail to perform their obligations or use the OBJECTIFY Platform for fraudulent, offensive, or unauthorized purposes under the ToU and Seller Terms.
Ranking Criteria
OBJECTIFY Titles of Ownership offered for resale on the secondary market are presented to Users according to the following criteria:
- By default: from most recently added to oldest.
- By price: from lowest to highest (or vice versa, according to User choice).
Additional filters allow users to refine searches, notably by brand, product type, size, or color. This list of sorting and filtering criteria is non-exhaustive and subject to change at any time.
Sellers with an ongoing sale and a low remaining quantity of OBJECTIFY Titles of Ownership are also highlighted and ranked higher.
No ranking criteria are currently tied to remuneration. However, OBJECTIFY reserves the right to offer paid promotion options in the future for Users wishing to increase the visibility of their OBJECTIFY Titles of Ownership on the secondary market.
